Stamp remains on a semi-circle, along which it is displaced manually, while remaining in parallel relationship, between an ink pad and the document. Specifically, device comprises a base plate forming a support and a base with a handle on the top and the stamp on the bottom. The base is swivel-mounted on two arms which pivot about an axis, which passes through the centre of the support plate. To the latter is attached, on one side of the axis, an ink pad and symmetrically on the other side of the axis is positioned the document. |
