PRODUCTION OF OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing an oxide superconductor capable of converting a desired superconducting phase into a single phase and improving the density of the resultant material in producing a T1-based superconducting material. CONSTITUTION:The objective method is provided with a step for mixing raw materials containing component elements at a suitable blending ratio and then sintering the resultant mixture, a step for pulverizing the prepared sintered compact so as to afford <=10mum average particle diameter and a step for sintering the pulverized material obtained in the pulverizing step.
