PURPOSE:To precisely squeeze a fixed amount of material out to an aimed portion in a stable state by providing both a base member which forms a suction chamber and a tip member which forms a delivery room, and placing the mouth portion of a container and a discharge opening on the same axis. CONSTITUTION:A device for squeezing out a fixed amount of an article in a container includes an expansion cylinder 1 comprising bellows and the like; a base member 2 forming a suction chamber 24 connected to the mouth portion 8a of the container 8; and a tip member having a discharge opening 13 and forming a delivery room 25 therein. When the expansion cylinder 1 is expanded by holding a control portion, the suction chamber 24 in the base member 2 including the expansion cylinder 1 is evacuated and a suction valve 12 is opened and the contents of the container 8 are sucked thereby. When the expansion cylinder 1 is shortened, the inside of the expansion cylinder 1 is pressurized and thereby a delivery valve 16 is opened and the suction valve 12 closed, so that the contents of the expansion cylinder 1 are discharged from the discharge opening 13 of the tip member; the container 8 and the discharge opening 13 are situated on the same line. Thereby the contents are precisely squeezed out to a desired portion by a fixed amount without deviation. |
