Dyes for tri-pact reception layer are present in particle form in concentration 0.01-5 mg/mg silver, dispersed in alkali-permeable polymeric matrix in concentration 0.1-25 mg/mg polymer, with at least 50% of dye/developer having particle diameter less than 1 micron. Specified cyan dye with developer function in molecule is 1,4-bis-(beta- hydroquinonyl-alpha-methyl -ethylamino)-5,8-dihydr- oxy-anthraquinone.
