Device sews piping with or without flaps to garments on a double needle sewing machine. It comprises a carriage which moves with the fabric carrier in the forward and return directions and accomodates the fabric and the flap clamps so that lifting and lowering is made possible. It is attached to a carrier fixed to the carrying device or the sewing machine and can be moved along rails on the carrier.
