In examples ester wax with paraffin wax or behenic acid is melted with a non-ionic emulsifier, mixed with silica and dispersed in water. The dispersion is mixed with polyvinylidene chloride and coated with an air-knife onto polyamide or polypropylene film. Talc and bentonite are also mentioned as anti-blocking agents, and paper and aluminium as substrates.
