PURPOSE:To eliminate the congestion occurring at the windows, the lobbies, the counters, etc., by selecting a slip format of a desired type together with specification of a user for the automatic issue of a slip where the fixed information is automatically printed so as to evade the conjestion occurring around the handwriting processing desks end to evade the correction of the wrong written contents. CONSTITUTION:A user inputs the magnetic information on various ID cards including a self-identification card, etc., and the cards related to various institutions and the media like various licenses, passports, etc., that have the personal identification functions through an input means 16. Then the fixed information on the user is read out of the storage contents of a 2nd storage means 14 based on the input operation of the user. Then the fixed information on the user is printed over a prescribed slip format stored in a 1st storage means 12 which is previously selected. Thus it is possible to accurately and quickly issue a desired slip that includes the fixed information on the user in a necessary range. |
