<p>PURPOSE:To improve sealing property by engaging a recessed part of a joint socket with a protruding part of a sealing metal, and letting it bite into a packing part between the recessed and the protruding parts. CONSTITUTION:Gas flows into bellows 27 to expand the bellows 27 to get sealing metals 25, 26 apart from each other, and protruding parts 30, 32 of the sealing metals 25, 26 are engaged with recessed grooves 21 of joint sockets respectively. At this time, an angle alpha at a forward end of the protruding part 30, 32 is set to be a little smaller than an angle beta of the recessed groove 21, so an edge at the forward end of the protruding part 30, 32 bites in a packing part 22 provided at the recessed groove 21, and a concentrated load is applied to this part. A contact part of the forward end part of the protruding part 30, 32 with the packing part is thus sealed securely. Sealing property is thus improved.</p> |
