<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking utensil for heating which makes it possible to heat and jet a plurality of boiling water jets generally uniformly at the time of forming the boiling water jets in a hot water vessel, and also to reduce energy costs. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking utensil for heating has at least the hot water vessel for heating and cooking foodstuffs by hot water. A heat exchange pipe is arranged on a bottom side of the hot water vessel so as to flow and circulate steam for heating the water. A baffle plate is arranged on above the heat exchange pipe for separating the hot water vessel into a cooking area and a heating area. The baffle plate has a plurality of jetting ports formed for jetting water heated by the heat exchange pipe into the cooking area, and a plurality of convection ports formed near the surroundings of the jetting ports for allowing the hot water to flow down into the heating area when its temperature falls in the cooking area. Thereby, a plurality of boiled water jets can be heated and jetted generally uniformly and the energy coats can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
