PURPOSE:To previously mount conductors of kinds having different front end structures and to operate the conductors as a monopolar type or bipolar type without replacing the conductors. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 28, 32 varying in the front end structures are freely attachably and detachably mounted in holes 34a, 34b disposed in a cylindrical guide 34. A switch to operate the plural electrodes 28, 32 as the monopolar type or bipolar type is provided. An output changeover section is so changed over as to form a closed circuit with a living body as load between a connector 14 and a counter electrode plate 18 and between a connector 16 and the counter electrode plate 18 when the switch is pushed. The prescribed section in the body cavity is incised by the spatula-shaped electrode 32. The output changeover section is so changed over as to form the closed circuit with the living body as load between the connectors 14 and 16 when the switch is pushed. The spatula-shaped electrode 32 is brought into contact with the prescribed section in the body cavity and the bipolar treatment of solidification is executed by using the needle-shaped electrode 28. |
