PURPOSE:To eliminate the deterioration of capacity of cooling and/or heating by utilizing heat dissipated from a compressor and simplify the work of installation of an air-conditioner by disposing condensed water in the same machine to make draining work of the condensed water unnecessary. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 1, an outdoor side heat exchanger 2 and an indoor side heat exchanger 3 are connected to a refrigerant pipeline 4. The outdoor side heat exchanger 2 and the indoor side heat exchanger 3 are attached to a side plate 5 while the side plate 5 and the compressor 1 are fixed to a drain pan 6, in which condensed water is reserved. A heat pipe 7 is constituted so that one side of the same is wound around the compressor 1 and the other side of the same is fixed onto the drain pan 6. |
