<p>In a machine for continuously fabricating hollow objects particularly bottles, from extruded plastic material on a rotating table, a single framework holds two extrusion blowing devices mounted on turntables rotating in an inverse sense and operating as parts of a common disposal system for the moulded objects. The multiple moulds are provided with rollers on curved rails forming complex trajectories to ensure the rapid replacement of the parisons by another mould. The blowing heads above each mould comprise at least two telescopic nozzles to which the bottles are attached, allowing them to describe an increased external path so as to multiply the degassing and cooling time. A device for separating the runners is incorporated in the rotating table and not in the moulds. The extrusion heads may swing between working and blocking posns. The use of a double rotary table with extended cooling trajectories incorporating runner removal increases production.</p> |
