<p>The device is for separation on to opposite sides of individual workpieces movable one behind the other and at a distance from each other, where the workpieces are continuously fed by means of a flexible track. Crossways across the track an intermittently rotatable dividing roller interposes between every two consecutive workpieces. The dividing roller is driven by an eccentric (32) of the pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders (23, 24, 25) engaging a drive shaft with work pistons acting on both sides. The hydraulic cylinders are positioned displaced to each other about a central axis and are flexibly supported (34) at their outer extremities. Where three such cylinders are incorporated, they are displaced at 120 deg. to each other, one cylinder being on draw and two on pressure alternately.</p> |
