PURPOSE:To enable automatic correction of a zero/span by outputting a reference data to an object to be controlled to compute a shipping data in correction when a feedback signal from the object to be controlled differs from the shipping data. CONSTITUTION:In a microprocessor muP, firstly, a switch SW1 is turned OFF and an analog signal AS is outputted to an electropneumatic exchanger E/P corresponding to a reference data S0 of 0% stored in a ROM. The opening of a valve V corresponding to the signal AS is stored into a non-volatile memory E<2> as displacement data Hx (X=0) fed back from a driver DR. A shipping output H0 is compared with the data Hx (X=0) and when a deviation exceeds a specified error, the shipping data H0 is added by alpha to be stored into the E<2> PROM as correction data H'0. Likewise, the checking of a 100% data is executed. When a deviation beta between a shipping data 100 and the displacement data Hx (X=100) exceeds a specified error, a data H'100 obtained by correcting A span coefficient by portion is stored into the E<2> PROM. |
