<p>A printed paper is produced by applying aqueous printing pastes, in a foamed form, onto the paper to be printed. As the colorant, these printing pastes contain a pigment dye or a disperse dye, but may also contain thickeners and surfactants. The present novel process permits application of aqueous printing pastes which are free from organic solvents, and consequently uniform coatings and prints which are very level (even) are obtained.</p> |
