PURPOSE:To obtain a dielectric porcelain composition whose dielectric constant epsilonis large and temperature coefficient tauf of a resonance frequency is large in the negative side, enhance a Q value of the dielectric porcelain composition, and provide the dielectric porcelain composition whose temperature coefficient tauf of a resonance frequency is nearly zero. CONSTITUTION:When this dielectric porcelain composition is expressed by a composition formula (A<1+>1/2.B<3+>1/2) TiO3, Li<1+> is selected for A<1+>, Nd<3+>, Sm<3+>, Co<3+> or Pr<3+> is selected for B<3+>. MgO, CoO, ZnO, CaCO3 or SrCO3 is added to this (A<1+>1/2.B<3+>1/2) TiO3 so as to enhance a Q value. |
