PURPOSE:To improve a visual quality without performing the processes subsequent to the forming by taking out a formed substance after separating the sprue, the runner and the gate section of a formed substance and a non-formed substance. CONSTITUTION:The mixture of fused material of ferromagnetic magnet powder and resin injected from a nozzle point 1 is passed through a sprue 2-1, a runner 2-2 and a gate section 2-3 and is filled in a forming cavity. Meanwhile, the magnetic flux induced by an electromagnet 12 is passed through the route indicated by the arrows in the illustration and a magnetic field is formed in the forming cavity. The easy-to-magnetizing axial direction is made even to the above magnetic field direction, the above-mentioned mixture of fused material is cooled and solidified and an anisotropic resin magnet is formed. Then a movable side template section 6, an intermediate division plate 5 and a runner stopper plate 7 are operated, and the formed substance 3, the sprue 2-1, the runner 2-2 and the gate section 2-3 are taken out separately. |
