PURPOSE:To provide a filter for shielding the longer and shorter wavelength lights in the visible light region in a copying machine using the array of converging light transmitting bodies for forming the optical image of the original to be copied on a p hotoreceptor in accordance with the spectral sensitivity characteristic of the photoreceptor in the light path ranging from a light source to the photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION:The original to be copied placed on platen 6 is illuminated with light source 5 having reflective mirror 4. The optical image of the original illuminated is projected through array 3 of converging light transmitting bodies on photoreceptor 7. First filter 8 for shielding the shorter wavelength side of the visible light region and second filter 9 for shielding its longer side are provided on both the ends of array 3, respectively. |
