PURPOSE:To stabilize use and to increase the concn. of carbon dioxide in a combustion gas contg. the carbon dioxide formed by combustion by removing harmful components from the gas generating with a hot water supplying device which introduces the combustion gas into a water feeding and hot water supplying line to dissolve the carbon dioxide into the hot water. CONSTITUTION:The combustion gas is introduced from a discharge line 13 by a combustion gas introducing means 18 provided in the water feeding and hot water supplying line 14 and is brought into direct contact with the hot water, by which the carbon dioxide is dissolved into the hot water. The combustion gas is separated by a means 19 for separating liquid from gas and only the hot water dissolved with the carbon dioxide is supplied to a prescribed place. The carbon monoxide in the combustion gas is converted to the carbon dioxide by a catalyst part 22 provided amidst the combustion gas introducing line 16, by which the concn. of the carbon dioxide in the hot water is increased.
