NEW MATERIAL:An (omega-piperazinylalkoxy)polyalkoxybenzene derivative shown by the formulaI(m is 2 or 3; n is 3 or 4; R<1> is 1-3C alkyl; R<2> is pyridyl, pyrazinyl, pyrimidyl, or phenyl which may be replaced with halogen, trifluoromethyl, alkoxy, or alkyl) and its acid addition salt. EXAMPLE:1-[3-(4-Phenyl-1-piperazinyl)propoxy]-3,4-dimethoxy-benzene. USE:A hypotensor. Quickly showing medicinal effect and durable action. Low acute toxicity. PROCESS:A halogenoalkoxypolyalkoxybenzene shown by the formula II (X is halogen) is reacted with a piperazine derivative shown by the formula III, to give a compound shown by the formulaI. |
