PURPOSE:To form a primer layer closely adhered to the complicated shaped surface of a film, by simultaneously applying emboss processing and coating processing of a liquid treating agent to a thermoplastic polymer film. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic polymer (e.g.; polyethylene terephthalate) film is preliminarily heated and, by using an emboss roll holding a liquid by adhering a liquid treating agent such as an easily adhesive coating liquid, an easily slidable coating liquid or an easily releasable coating liquid to the surface thereof, emboss processing is applied to the surface of the film and, at the same time, said liquid treating agent is transferred and coated to the surface of said film from the said emboss roll. |
