PURPOSE:To utilize energy effectively by a method wherein the high-temperature water is accumulated into a high-temperature water accumulator in case the pressure and temperature of a utilizing system become higher than predetermined while the same is supplied to the utilizing system from the same accumulator in case the pressure and temperature of the utilizing system become lower than the predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:In the cooling and heating system utilizing the high-temperature water, in which the high-temperature water is supplied to and utilized for the utilizing system 4 such as cooling and heating equipments or the like and the same water, whose temperature is reduced, is re-circulated into a boiler 1 through returning pipes 5, 6 and a pump 7, valves 9, 10 are opened cooperatingly and the excess high-temperature water is accumulated into the high-temperature water accumulator 12 through a primary pipeline when the pressure and temperature of the utilizing system 4 have become higher than predetermined and a pressure and temperature detector 8 has detected it. The excess high-temperature water during the heat accumulating operation of the same accumulator is circulated into the boiler 1 from the bottom of the accumulator 12 through another primary pipeline 11' and the pump 7. When the pressure and temperature of the same system 4 have become lower than the predetermined value, the pressure detector 13 and the temperature detector 8 detect it, the valves 9, 10 are closed cooperatingly, the valves 14, 15 are opened also cooperatingly and the same water in the same accumulator 12 under operation is supplied to the utilizing system 4 through secondary pipelines 16, 16'. |
