PURPOSE:To reduce facility investment and maintenance cost by lending a transmitter to only a purchaser who participates in an auction, and using a transmitter for answering in common. CONSTITUTION:A purchaser who participates in the auction inserts the ID card 12 possessed individually into the ID card reader 8 of a transmitter storage rack 6 and registers an individual code number to receive a transmitter 1 for answering, thereby participating in the auction. When the auction ends, the transmitter 1 for answering is returned to a specific rack and the ID card is received. This operation is repeated to allow all purphasers to participate in the auction by providing tens of transmitters for answering as many as the purchasers who participate in one auction. The battery of each transmitter 1 for answering is connected to a charging controller 14 and charged while stored in the storage rack. |
