CONSTITUTION:A flexible tube 30 having a fluid injection needle 31 is inserted into a 1st pipeline 29a of a flexible sheath 29 and an excision means 32 consisting of a metallic wire 33 into a 2nd pipeline 29, respectively independently movably forward and backward. |
