PURPOSE:To provide low-loss oxide magnetic material which reduces power loss by suppressing core loss even when it is used for high-frequency band (frequency of 200kHz or more) and contributes to the minimization and weight reduction of switching power supply. CONSTITUTION:An Mn-Zn based ferrite which consists essentially of manganese monoxide (MnO) of 40.0-45.0 mole %, ferric oxide (Fe2O3) of 53.0-54.0 mole % and zinc oxide (ZnO) for remaining part, contains calcium oxide (CaO) of 0.04-0.15wt.%, silicon dioxide (SiO2) of 0.010-0.1wt.% and hafnium oxide (HfO2) of 1.00wt.% or less (zero not included) for sub-component, thereby obtaining low-loss oxide magnetic material to be used for high-frequency magnetic core material. |
