Compact multi-function box for the marking, filing, consulting and archiving of dental X-ray photographs, characterised in that it comprises a box with a hinged lid, the internal volume of the said box being fitted out with lengthwise and/or crosswise partitions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 defining compartments 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 designed to contain bags, labels, marker, tabs, envelopes, notes, order forms, spare ink, etc., so that all the elements needed for efficient use of dental X-ray photographs are thus brought together. <IMAGE>
