CONSTITUTION:In a circuit to process the half tone of respective colors, for example, a Y half tone processing circuit 109Y, a pattern memory 1012 is provided. In the memory 1012, a half tone expressing pattern with a different screen angle to the pattern of other color components M and C is stered. The CPU 1010, when recording concentration data arrive, specifies the pattern of the equivalent concentration out of the pattern of the above-mentioned memory, controls an AND circuit LG1 and extracts a partial area (slave matrix pattern) in the abovementioned special pattern. A data selector G3 and an OR gate LG2 process the extracted data to the bit distribution corresponding to the recording surface and transfer them to a laser driver 112y. |
