PURPOSE:To provide a method for applying a heat-sensitive paint to a covering sheet to a pattern of polka dots. CONSTITUTION:A solution containing a heat-sensitive paint 2 is sent to a spraying pump 7 while keeping circulation for avoiding separation. On the other hand, a sheet 1 to be coated with the heat-sensitive paint 2 is arranged horizontally, a jetting position by said spraying pump 7 is set to a predetermined height (h) separated by a predetermined distance (x) from said covering sheet 1, and the solution containing the heat-sensitive paint 2 is radiated and sprayed horizontally with a jetting angle of zero. By doing this, the fog and drips of the solution containing the heat-sensitive paint 2 are jetted in the form of parabolic curves and uniformly adhered to the covering sheet 1 with proper spacings between them, by which the coating of polk dots pattern on the covering sheet 1 can be easily achieved. |
