The object of the present invention is to simplify mounting of the grip part in a sanitary water valve where the grip parts are set on a regulating spindle via stop parts of synthetic material, each handle having a grip body (10) which covers the spindle in the manner of a sleeve and can be fastened on it in a locking position. To this end, a grip ring (11) is arranged on the grip body (10); said grip ring (11) rotates relative to the grip body (10) and can be held by securing means (18) in the operating position.
