PURPOSE:To detect the existence quantity of a physiologically active material which becomes an antigen with high accuracy by using an immune sensor having an electrode immobilized with an antibody. CONSTITUTION:An analysis is executed by using the immune sensor formed by conjugating and immobilizing the immune antibody, the antigen of which is the physiologically active material to be subjected to the detection of the existence quantity, with and to the electrode surface. Separately, a charge antibody obtd. by conjugating a 2nd antibody to the physiologically active material and a material having charge is prepd. at this time. The charge antibody is further acted to the physiologically active material conjugated with the immune sensor or after the charge antibody and the physiologically active material are brought into reaction, the charge antibody is acted on the immune sensor. The conjugation quantity of the physiologically active material is substd. as the conjugation quantity of the charge antibody with electric output which is then measured. The immune sensor to be used at this time is formed by conjugating the immune antibody, the antigen of which is the physiologically active material, directly with the electrode surface by covalent bonding. The existence quantity of the physiologically active material which becomes the antigen is detected with the high accuracy in this way. |
