PURPOSE: To establish a method of easy installation by providing a coupling device to an excavation device, a supporting device for a device to heave reinforcement rods, a pulling device and aligning device, and thereby enabling rotation to one of the stop positions or for a certain degrees of angle. CONSTITUTION: This device to feed reinforcement rod includes a structure 27 for generating coupling with an excavation device 14, and an arm 30 is put in hinge coupling with a pivot 29 of a frame 28 so as to support reinforcement rods 25. A heaving device 32 heaves the rods 25 from the ground and moves it toward the excavation device 14 by a rope or the like. The arrangement further includes a roller 34 for transmission by a frame 28 and a funnel 35 for guiding whereby the rods 25 are guided and aligned. Thus the excavation device 14 is mounted on excavation device 10, and the rods 25 can be rotated for a specified angleαfrom either of the two stop positions A and B lying apart in the transverse direction.
