摘要 PURPOSE:To perform dichroic image recording by providing a photosensitive body on which a photoconductive and an electrically conductive layer are stacked, changing the polarities of a DC bias applied to two kinds of color toner developing device, and holding the destaticization part of the photosensitive body below the bias potential. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive body is formed by stacking the electrically conductive layer 1b on the reverse surface of the photoconductive layer 1a. When the 1st image is recorded, a DC voltage having the 1st polarity is applied to the conductive layer 1b, and a voltage bias having the 1st polarity is applied to the 1st color toner developing device 6a. Further, the destaticization part of the photosensitive body is held below the bias voltage with the 1st polarity. When the 2nd image is recorded, a DC voltage having the polarity opposite to the 1st polarity is applied to the conductive layer 1b and a DC voltage bias with the opposite polarity is applied to the 2nd developing device. Thus, the polarities of a DC voltage sources are only changed to obtain a dichroic recording image, so the device is simplified and a high-voltage power source used for corona discharge is unnecessary, so the cost of the power source is reduced.
