PURPOSE:To obtain the image of a cross-section at a cut plane which is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of a lead wire with respect to the lead wire of an electronic part. CONSTITUTION:Light is cast on a lead wire 16 within one plane which is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the lead wire 16 of an electronic part so that the direction of the light is changed at every one degree. Thus, 180 projected images in one dimensions are obtained. The one-dimensional images are projected on a two-dimensional-coordinate plane. The image of a cross-section of the lead wire 16 is obtained as the common part of the projected images. Position errors X and Y of the lead wires 16 in the horizontal direction and a rotary angle error theta are obtained based on the comparison between the cross-sectional image and the image of a cross-section of the normal lead wire 16 without the position deviation. The errors are corrected when the part is mounted on a printed board. |
