METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING PERFORATED WEB WITH LIGHT BEAM

PURPOSE:To efficiently bore a lot of holes on a wide web by radiating a light beam to a masking plate which is circulated continuously and boring the traveling web with the light beam which is transmitted through the hole. CONSTITUTION:Plural laser beams 2a-2d from a laser beam emitting device 1 are expanded in a fixed expansion with a concave mirror 3. The laser beams are radiated to a traveling part which is closely adhered to the web 5 from the perforated masking plate 4 which is continuously circulated. The laser beams are radiated from the hole of the masking plate 4 to the web 5 and the holes are bored. A lot of holes can be efficiently bored on the wide web.
