PURPOSE: To lessen rotation when a staple is arranged on a mesh by extending a middle straight line part at an obtuse angle from the ends of a straight line crown part having two end parts, and extending a straight leg part at an acute angle from the middle region to provide the end part with a pointed part. CONSTITUTION: A part 110 of a staple is provided with leg parts 112, 212 extended downward from the end part of a part 111 extended at an obtuse angle upward to the outside or the central part 210, and the leg parts 112, 212 are arranged at an acute angle to the parts 111, 210. The end parts of the leg parts 112, 212 are cut vertically at the parts 113, 213 for providing the pointed parts 114, 214. By using an anvil 15 and a die 16, the staple is bent to close the dissection part of the skin 17. A net-like covering M is used in treatment for nephric closing or closing of the other organ. The first bending force of the die 16 to the part 10 causes reverse penetration of the skin by the tip 14, or it compensates for the occurrence of a desired loss of closing with the skin on a mesh. |
