PURPOSE:To make it possible to purify pollutant containing a mineral in nutrient-enriched water of a river or a drainage as the water flows in the river or drainage. CONSTITUTION:A sluice 1 is provided in a river or a drainage, and volcanic ash mass layer 4 containing an allophane material is embedded from the upstream area to the downstream area of the sluice 1 with the formation of an apron 2 in the downstream area of the sluice 1. In addition, earthen pipes aligned vertically is arranged in the downstream area of the apron, and a pipe for fountain 3 with a discharge orifice provided in the downstream area of the apron 2 and an intake orifice in the upstream area of the sluice 1, is embedded. The volcanic ash mass layer 4 consists of volcanic ash earth containing the allophane material granulated with cement, and the earthen pipes are arranged in a square space formed by using a cross block. Further, the sluice 1 is tiltable. |
