PURPOSE:To prevent illegal use by providing an abnormality warning means to warn of abnormality when a load power supply detecting means detects voltage whereas a command signal to turn off a power supply turning on/off means is outputted from a control means. CONSTITUTION:The case that the voltage is impressed upon load 32 whereas a card is not inserted and the instruction to turn off a power supply turning on/off part 26 is outputted from a CPU 16 is detected. For instance, there are the case that the voltage is impressed upon the load 32 by shortcircuiting illegally a commercial power line 30 and a load line 34 with a pin, etc., for instance, as shown by a broken line 80, and the case that the power supply turning on/off part 25 is contact-welded by an inrush current when power supply is turned on. Then, a command purporting the occurrence of the abnormality is outputted from the CPU 16 to a buzzer 68 through a buzzer output interface 66, and a warning is issued from the buzzer 68 so as to inform of the illegal use or the abnormality. |
