PURPOSE:To prevent moisture penetration into a module and deterioration in photoelectric characteristics of a solar cell by sealing and fixing a solar cell element between a front cover film and a rear cover and by sealing a desiccant into the module to install the solar cell element under a fixed temperature. CONSTITUTION:A glass substrate 3 with a solar cell element 4 is installed on a rear cover 5, and an EVA resin film as an adhesive layer 2 on the solar cell photo-receiving plane of the glass substrate 3; further, a cover film 1 is installed on it: the cover film 1, the periphery of the rear cover 5, and the glass substrate 3 are integrated. The cover film 1 has the roll of shielding the solar cell element 4 from outer air moisture and that of preventing scattering of the glass substrate 3 as damaged. A desiccant 15 has the roll of keeping the humidity of a space in the module at less than 30%. Any substance which absorbs moisture can be used as the desiccant. |
