METHOD FOR SEPARATION OF CONTAMINANT FROM COMBUSTION PRODUCT OF SOLID WASTE MATTER

PURPOSE: To highly reliably and cost effectively suppress the effect of poisons and corrosion in incineration of MSW by passing the gas generated by the reaction of a combustion product, an adsorbent and a reactant through a filter means in a contactor and substantially removing solid particles by filtration. CONSTITUTION: A combustion product of the solid waste is passed through the fluidizing bed filter contactor 17 including a filter means. The adsorbent is introduced in a reaction relation with the combustion product and a certain amount of the contaminants are changed to the solid particles and the reactant and the combustion product are reacted to change some of the combustion product to the gas in the atmosphere air. The gas generated by the reaction of the combustion product, the adsorbent and the reactant is passed through the filter means in the contactor 17 to get rid of the solid articles substantially by the filtration. The gas after the filtration and the gas in the atmospheric are vented and the filtered solids are separated and taken out as ash.
