The frozen coconut water with flesh will be crushed using a machine and filled into tubs. 2. Concentrated syrup is added to the mixture. 3. If appropriate, coconut milk and dairy milk will be added to taste. The "pure coconut ice" will be stored in ice cabinets or slush machines. Shaking the "pure coconut ice" well results in a creamy substance which will be offered for sale under the name "Coconut shake". The "Coconut shake" will be frozen in certain shapes and will be marketed under the name "Coconut block".
