PURPOSE:To carry out heat treatment uniformly all over the zone in the peripheral direction of a flexible cylindrical base material by feeding air into the cylindrical inner side of the flexible cylindrical base material, swelling and passing the flexible cylindrical base material in the heated atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:Check pawls 3a, 3a... of an upper chuck device 3 are OFF, and a cartridge 39 is fed in above a guide 2. The cartridge 39 is formed by feeding a flexible cylindrical base material B in the bellows shape, and the base material B is moved forcible downward and fitted over the stock zone R1. The chuck pawls 3a, 3a... are ON, and a lower chuck device 4 is released and the base material B is moved downward. The base material B coated with a coating agent Ca by a coating device 8 is passed through the inside of a drying device 12 to dry a coating film Cb. Air pressure of the base B is risen by the air exhausted out of a exhaust outlet 6a of an air passage 6 to swell the base B which passes the inside of a heating chamber 31 of a heating device 5 by means of transfer rolls 21, 21.... Hot air of proper temperature fed from hot air generating devices 32, 32 is jetted out from nozzles 33a, 33a... of the heating device 5 toward the base material B to heat treat the coated film Cb of the base B, and the base B is guided into a drawing device 37. |
