PURPOSE:To facilitate the drive control and the inertia running and to greatly increase the travel distance per one-time charge by manipulating a grip on a handle so as to control the output of a motor for the running while allowing the grip to return to its original position when the grip is released. CONSTITUTION:When the rotary shaft 34a of a motor 34 is rotated, a pulley 7b is rotated in the same direction as that of the rotation of the motor 34 through a one-way clutch 42a, gears 42, 40, and accordingly, a rear wheel is rotated through a belt wound on the pulley 7b. Meanwhile, when the rotary shaft 34a of the motor is reversed, the pulley 7b is rotated in the same direction as that of the rotation of the motor though another gear transmission path at a different reduction ratio. The drive of the motor is controlled in such a way that the armature current is increased in accordance with a reference voltage which is increased in accordance with a turning angle of a grip manually turned. Further, when the grip is released, a rotary body is sprung back so as to open an electrical switch, and the energization of the motor 34 is stopped. |
