PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing device wherein a changeover in possible even it the device operation is not stopped in the case where diametral dimensions of a wire for reinforcement to be inserted into a substrate part is changed in manufacturing thermoplastic resin artificial lawn constituted of a substrate part and leaflike part with a molding drum and extruding head as its main devices. CONSTITUTION:The device is constituted so that after resin is supplied a substrate part molding grooves provided along a circumferential direction of molding drum 10 and leaflike part molding cavities provided between the molding grooves from an extruding head 20, line grooves 11a are shaped in the surface of the substrate part which is still in a semisolidified state into which a reinforcing wire 4 is introduced, then a press roll 34 is pressed against the surface of the substrate part and the wire rod 4 can be inserted into the substrate part.
