PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incinerator which achieves a highly efficient radiation of far infrared rays and a reduction in weight while allowing the amount of soot to pass an emission standard significantly with a limited consumption of a fuel. SOLUTION: A primary combustion chamber is provided with a blower, a secondary combustion chamber with a combustion burner and a tertiary combustion chamber with a combustion burner. The secondary combustion chamber is disposed below the primary combustion chamber. A water treating device 11 having a pump is connected to the secondary combustion chamber running through an exhaust gas of the primary combustion chamber. Moreover, the secondary combustion chamber and the tertiary combustion chamber are connected by a flue 8 and in addition, the combustion chambers are made of silica black, banquetz 50 and zirconia respectively radiating far infrared rays. This achieves a highly efficient radiation of the far infrared rays with a radiation rate of above 93%, a lighter weight by using a silica-based heat resistant and fireproof material and moreover, a limited consumption of a fuel (lamp oil). An incinerator thus obtained also can pass an emission standard significantly containing the amount of soot generated during the incineration of a synthetic resin. |
