PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To releave the burden of a transmission side by providing a function for adopting a consecutive number and superimposing it on a slip picture. SOLUTION: An original slip 1 is set in a picture reading device 2 and slip reading consecutive number adopting are executed. The device 2 prints the consecutive number on the slip 1, superimposes the consecutive number on the read slip after slip discharge and transmits the picture of the slip 1 to a concentrated center 3 after a processing. It is stored in a recognition result file by way of the recognition processing of a controller 5 with a picture reception controller 4. Picture data of the slip 1, an entry item recognition result and also the consecutive number are recorded in the file. After that, it is recorded in the recognition result file of the controller 5 by way of the recognition processing of a recognizing/correcting terminal 6. The recognition result of the consecutive number is also recorded in a consecutive number managing table and adoppted as history information of reception and the recognition processing of the center 3. Consecutive number data information of the consecutive number managing table is periodically transmitted to a transmission source and transmission between the transmission source and the center 3 is recognized. |
