PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record and reproduce information of large capacity in an optical memory disk device to an optical recording medium and a magneto-optical recording medium by vertical resonator surface light emitting semiconductor lasers. SOLUTION: This optical memory head is constituted as a vertical resonator surface light emitting semiconductor laser array A constituted by arranging vertical resonator surface light emitting semiconductor laser elements 1, 1,... having super-high fine holes 4 at laser beam transmitting parts 3 in a grid shape. Then, the vertical resonator surface light emitting semiconductor laser array A is constituted by being inclined by a prescribed minute angle with respect to the tangential direction of the rotation of the optical recording medium. |
