PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the peel force of a cover tape to suppress the cover tape from being drawn and cut and drive a peel mechanism at a high speed by separately operating a carrier tape conveyer and winding reel drive. SOLUTION: A cover tape is apt to elongate, compared with a carrier tape 21. A tape feed motor 44 and take-up motor 68 are synchronized to take up the cover tape at the same rate as the feed rate of the carrier tape 21, resulting in an incomplete take-up of the cover tape. To avoid this, a cover tape winder 50 drives the motor 68 asynchronously with the feed motor 44 to take up the cover tape according to the tension thereof, resulting in that a correct peel force is always applied to the cover tape to suppress the cover tape from being drawn and cut. The tape winder electrically drives the motor 68 and can speed up the take up of the tape. |
