Draw machine for Lotto games

The lotto draw machine chooses the number to be drawn based on the coincidence in time of two electrical signals, one a periodic signal and the other generated by the impact on a transducer (3) of a moving object whose motion is entirely random. The coincidence of the two signals is used to activate a display. The moving object is a ball which is supported in a stream of air. The ball is housed in a transparent enclosure. The number selection is based on a clock connected to a counter, whose output is passed to a decoder which drives a display. The coincidence of the two signals closes a switch which operates a OR gate to hold the current count value in memory. Duplicate values are blocked electronically.
