PURPOSE:To provide a process for producing piezoelectric ceramics having plural different vibration characteristics even at the same dimensions such as thickness. CONSTITUTION:Several kinds of raw materials for piezoelectric ceramics having different characteristics are compounded, mixed, calcined, crushed and graded. One of the graded material is placed at the center of a forming mold and the other materials are successively attached to the circumference of the first material and the materials are formed and baked. The baked product is processed by grinding and cutting, attached with electrodes and polarized to obtain the objective piezoelectric ceramic. |
