PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently make critical electrochemical contact between a polymeric solid electrolyte and an electrode, and substantially lower an impedance with sufficient ion conductivity of the polymeric solid electrolyte by interposing an electrolyte between a solid electrode and the polymeric solid electrolyte. SOLUTION: In an electrochemical element consisting of two or more solid electrodes and a polymeric solid electrolyte between an electrode 1 and a polymeric solid electrolyte 3, an electrolyte 2 is interposed. The solid electrode 1 such as titanium that is a positive or negative electrode of this electrochemical element is preferably of irregular shape or porous body. The polymeric solid electrolyte 3 preferably consists of a compound containing oxygen, for example, a polymer such as polyethylene oxide derivative or phosphorous ester, and a solvent including an electrolytic salt is contained and formed. In the electrolyte 2, it is preferable that at least one kind of constituent component be made the same as a solvent containing the polymeric solid electrolyte, then is oozed out from the polymeric solid electrolyte 3 to be formed. |
